Overview

Authentic wood veneer is selected by artisans and given a color wash. Wood veneer is then dye-cut into a variety of dimensional shapes. These pieces of wood are carefully hand laid atop metallic grounds in a laced pattern for a detailed design with a 3-dimensional effect. This requires much talent, precision and patience. Once all wood veneer pieces are applied, the completed material goes through a pressing process followed by inspection.
