Product Tips: How to Care for Flooring

Laminate Floor & Engineered Timber Floor

Daily cleaning with a vacuum cleaner, broom, damp cloth or mop. Remove normal stains with the casual cleaning agents or acetone. NO wet-washing. USE felt pads under furniture legs. USE pads or plastic cups under chair legs. USE a doormat in front of entrances. Wipe up any liquid spills IMMEDIATELY.

NO waxing or polishing of the floor. (Only applicable to Engineered Timber Floor). DO NOT use wax finish on top of a lacquer finish. (Only applicable to Engineered Timber Floor).

Outdoor Decking

Maintained with DECK OIL as necessary. Clean the decking thoroughly before applying Deck Oil. Always use decking cleaning products, which would not leave a contaminating residue on the floor. DO NOT use oils, soaps, or wax products.
