Why Blue? Blue is the #1 favorite color among many. 53% of the flags in the world contain blue. And Blue is the most commonly used color in corporate identity for name cards, corporate logos and interiors.

Time and again, many polled that their favourite color will be blue. Interior designers love to use colours that are trendy so as to create spaces that are both attractive and functional.
Here are three different shades of Blue:

Dark blue which conveys trust, dignity, intelligence, authority

Bright blue: cleanliness, strength, dependability, coolness

Light (sky) blue: peace, serenity, ethereal, spiritual, infinity

Watery shades of blue invoke the feelings associated with the sea. Partner these softer blues with neighboring dark indigos and neutral shades of rattan for a feeling reminiscent of the seashore. Definitely a right combination so as to create a calm and relaxing retreat in a master or guest bedroom.
